My name is Adam Diener, and I started Vegan Daddy Meats on January 1, 2021, right from my kitchen in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve been vegan since 1995 and a dad to three amazing kids—hence the name, Vegan Daddy. This business began with a simple goal: make great vegan meats by hand and deliver them to local homes.
Growing from Local Roots
What started as an online store delivering handmade seitan quickly became a community favorite. People loved our artisan vegan meats, and restaurants across Utah began featuring our products. After two years of building trust and excitement, we opened our first restaurant in Salt Lake City on July 25, 2023.
