This bad boy weighs in at 1 1/2 pounds! Seasoned with all the right flavors of the holidays. Including fresh rosemary, thyme , and oregano. This roast is the right texture , firm yet juicy. Comes ready to carve. Just make your own glaze and roast at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.  

Delivery or pick up will take place the week of Thanksgiving. Pick up location is 69 East Gallivan Ave, downtown Salt Lake . 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS: 

HEAT IN OVEN 350° / 30-40 MINS. 


THAW BEFORE HEATING-REMOVE NETTING BEFOR HEATING.
